Not getting alerts?
- Check notifications are allowed for Squish Alert in your phone's settings.
- Check the Alerts tab: a muted shop, a brand switched off, or followed tags can filter an alert out.
- Alerts need a live subscription or free trial.
Subscriptions
Billing is handled by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play
account settings. Refunds follow the store's own policy.
Missing a shop?
Use Add a shop in the app. We check every suggestion before it goes live.
Your data
Settings → Delete my data removes everything we hold about your phone. See the
privacy policy.
